PathHouse

Challenge

The first patented* mass timber module housing prototype was ready to be unveiled at the 2023 International Mass Timber Conference. The modules needed media that could provide self-guided tours for conference attendees to learn about the climate crisis solutions this housing design provides.

Outcomes

We applied a messaging strategy to signage, video displays, print brochures, and a landing page to succinctly explain the product’s value and generate leads. Based on the success of this marketing launch, PathHouse was invited to showcase at the 2023 Innovative Housing Showcase on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

My Roles

  • Messaging strategy

  • Storyboards

  • Copywriting

  • Video graphics

  • Landing page design

  • Marketing brochure design

Architecture Photography

We utilized architecture photography pre-conference to capture the build and unique elements of the prototype design for documentation and visual storytelling.

Video Displays

This prototype was anticipated to have heavy foot traffic as the conference keynote address recommended attendees to visit this booth. To cut through the noise that would come from foot traffic congestion we designed and installed video displays that could explain this product’s unique differentiators in under 2 minutes, both with and without a voiceover.

Marketing Brochure

To provide a takeaway for conference attendees to better understand PathHouse and learn ways to engage with its development, we designed a tri-fold brochure that summarizes its mission, solution and partnership strategy.

Landing Page Design

As a digital alternative to the marketing brochure, conference attendees could scan a QR code to direct them to a landing page that provides even greater depth into PathHouse’s mission, product solutions, partnership strategies and learn ways to engage with its development.
